As the CNIO of CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Francis Health System, Mike provides leadership, consultation and coordination for nursing utilization of technology across the enterprise. She brings more than 15 years of deep clinical expertise at the bedside and expertise from 15 EHR implementations to her role. At TMF, she has overseen implementation of their EPIC EMR, smart infusion pumps, wireless glucometers, and clinical communications solutions, among others. She has presented at the Epic User Group meeting, for the HealthCare IT Institute, and at HIMSS 2017. She received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Breean is responsible for ensuring customer success from software implementation to deployment and ongoing governance. Previous to PatientSafe, she managed IT relations and operations at Hoag Memorial Presbyterian Hospital in Irvine. She started her career at the National Council providing community health education and disease management support. She has a bachelors degree from California State University and a Masters in public health from California State-Long Beach.
